Cancellation / No Show Policy
To ensure every client receives the dedicated time and care they deserve, we kindly ask that you respect the therapist's schedules by providing advance notice for any changes to your appointments. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for your rest and recovery. late cancellations or no shows prevent other clients from accessing the benefits of these sessions.
To protect the livelihood of the therapists and ensure availability for all clients, appointments canceled less than 24hrs prior to the time of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee, as that time was reserved exclusively for your care. If a client shows up 15 min or more late for an appointment this will result in a forfeited appointment and be considered a no show, the full-service fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping respect the time of our therapists and helping us to serve our clients efficiently.
