Cancellation / No Show Policy

To ensure every client receives the dedicated time and care they deserve, we kindly ask that you respect the therapist's schedules by providing advance notice for any changes to your appointments. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for your rest and recovery. late cancellations or no shows prevent other clients from accessing the benefits of these sessions.

Appointments cancelled less than 48hrs prior to the time of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same day cancellation and no-shows will be charged the full service fee. If a client shows up 15min or more late for an appointment this will result in a forfeited appointment , the full service fee will be charged. If less than 15min late for an appointment the session will be shortened accordingly, will end at the scheduled time and the full service fee will remain due so that we can stay on schedule for the next client.
